Our founder, Monica Doshi Becker, SPHR, is a seasoned HR Professional and lover of elephants. Monica is solution oriented and believes that organizational success and employee satisfaction work in tandem. She has developed and optimized HR functions across many industries and company cultures. Monica uses her breadth of experience to guide business owners through best practices in recruiting and retention. She uses this same expertise to help candidates and employees design and navigate their road to personal and professional success!
